Despite the inherent challenges of working in an occupied setting, working within a tight site, working together with the owner to evaluate numerous design changes and working to respect and enhance a historic property with a modern renovation, the project was substantially complete in 6 months. The project was a success for both our team and the owners. We are currently working with the owners to evaluate the future phases of this property’s ongoing renovation master plan.
