RESIDENTIAL The project team then proceeded to demolish three floors on the back of the house – all while the house was occupied – with a new baby to boot! We then built a new, 3-story addition with a curved radius exterior wall. Once complete, we tied the new addition into the existing living spaces of the house by renovating a large portion of the interior, providing a new modern kitchen that opens into a vast great room. Once the interior was able to be occupied, we built a large, circular deck using Trex composite decking and PVC railings.
